Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we’ll ship available items immediately and send the rest as soon as they’re in stock. No need to worry — the rest is on the way!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking ID and a link to follow your package. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear.
