Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a refund.

Return Process

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions, including the return address.
  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

Refund Timeline

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable or custom-made products (if applicable)
  • Any item not in original condition, or returned beyond the 30-day window

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
